Shandaph Oysters


Philip Docker named his oyster business after his grandparents Daphne and Everett (Shan) Baudoux, who helped re-establish oyster growing around Big Island, on Nova Scotia's Northumberland Shore. ShanDaph oysters are known for their great taste and the deep cup of the bottom shell, which Philip achieves through a careful growing process that can take up to five years per oyster.
