Amateurs and shucking pros compete for the best times. Judges look for the cleanest plate and fastest times. Competitors have included world shucking champions, Canadian champions and members of a Guiness World Record team.
Pro and home bartenders are invited to participate in the first caesar competition at the Halifax Oyster Festival. Competitors will be asked to make a classic using Walter Caesar Mix and a bartender’s choice rendition of the caesar. Cash and prizes are on the line. Raise a glass!
